Baby Prep

I'm This pregnancy was going smoothly like the last one until bam.... Heartburn, uncomfortableness and shortness of breath.  I am like a dog in heat with this panting.  I am ready to be done.  Fortunately I know it could still be a lot worse, so I try not to complain too much.
The baby is currently breech, so we are hoping for a flip before the 26th.  If not, I'll be privileged to try out external cephalic version, manual external attempted turning.  Sounds painful.  My doctor said if the baby doesn't flip we'll be doing a c-section.  Only pro to that...we can plan to have he baby come before Christmas Eve.  I'm counting on the baby flipping, we have time... 5 1/2 weeks.

We have been prepping Porter for the invasion of his world.  I'll admit, I am more than mildly concerned for his world to be rocked and his devoted mommy time to disappear.  He may not take this well.

Our prep has included the following conversations:

1) What areas you can't touch on the baby:  eyes, mouth, head (specifically the soft spot), Porter says, "nice", meaning be nice

2) What the baby can eat/drink: only milk from mom or a bottle (Porter likes to add, "No cheese", one of his favorite foods)

3) How can you help with the baby: get diapers, give "huggies" and maybe a bottle

We got it covered, right?!

Porter has also picked up a new awesome phrase that he says frequently, "No way".
