The Perfect Day

I have lots to catch up on, but today was just one of those special days when you fall in love with boys all over again.  Porter, Jonas and I had a picnic outside for lunch.  It was perfect.  

Then this afternoon/evening we went as a family to help a friend work on our cabinets.  We ended up having her family over for dinner while David continued to help her frame her cabinets.  Porter loved playing with her older boy.  We all chatted  and just enjoyed the perfect night.  When everyone was leaving Porter threw open his arms and said, "Hugs". 

And after everyone left and I was getting Porter ready for bed, he did a million little things that made me so proud to be his mom and made me love him so much.  He is my best buddy.

I love being a mother to Porter and Jonas.  They are the sweetest boys.  I love having David as my husband.  I have a special bunch of boys.
